16th Alta Airline Leaders Forum

Bernardi & Schnapp Advogados was the only law firm invited to attend one of the panels held by the 16th Alta Airline Leaders Forum which took place in Brasilia last week.

In the panel on judicialization in Brazil, the audience was presented with a rich debate about the regulations of air transport services and consumer protection. The panel brought together Ricardo Bernardi and Minister Francisco Rezek, former Minister of the Federal Supreme Court and former Minister of Foreign Affairs to discuss the issue.
