Airports Council International launches Sustainability Expansion Plan in Montreal

Last Friday, May 5, the Airports Council International (ACI World) announced the launch of the Sustainability Expansion Plan, financed by Montreal International (investment promotion agency for Greater Montreal) with the support of the Government of Canada, the Government of Québec, and the City of Montreal. The plan calls for continued investment in the city of Montreal, known as the civil aviation capital of the world, and airport sustainability as key enablers of economic growth and prosperity, and strengthens ACI World’s sustainability initiatives that support airport members globally in all aspects of airport management and which are in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
