Ricardo Bernardi participates in Public Hearing on self-composition and conciliation of Brazil’s Council for Consumer Protection (CNDC)

Beslaw partner Ricardo Bernardi participated in the first public hearing on improving self-composition and reconciliation in consumer conflicts, at an event organized by Brazil’s Consumer Protection Council (CNDC, in Portuguese). Representing the airline industry and defending alternative forms of conflict resolution, he highlighted the importance of the airline industry in society and the challenges to this economic activity brought by excessive judicialization.
