JetBlue to start transatlantic flights in August

The American company JetBlue announced on 05/19 that flights connecting the United States and England will take place from the month of August. The inaugural flight is scheduled for 08/11 on the New York (JFK) – London (LHR) route. In the following month, the company founded by David Neeleman planned to start operations for another London airport departing from New York: Gatwick (LGW). The inaugural flight is scheduled for 09/29. “The pandemic opened the door to London’s two busiest airports, and we hope to bring customers low fares and great service at Heathrow and Gatwick”, said Robin Hayes, executive director of JetBlue. Operations will be carried out daily by the Airbus A321LR, an aircraft that has a range of 4,000 nautical miles for 141 passengers. As new units are delivered, the company plans to start flights between Boston (BOS) and London from next year. – https://contatoradar.com.br/2021/05/jetblue-iniciara-voos-transatlanticos-em-agosto/
