RJ’s decision recognizes the irregularity of a startup that offers legal services against airlines

News in the main media, a decision favorable to the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) to combat the work of companies that promote abusive advertising and illegal commercialization of the profession. In a ruling of the 28th Federal Court of Rio de Janeiro, the company Zamorfe Mediacoes Administrativas Ltda. (Liberty Fly) was ordered to refrain from any act of advertisement, publicity, or disclosure of the offer of services consisting in attracting customers by any means, physical or digital.
