The airline industry was one of the sectors that most created jobs in the last 12 months in Brazil

The airline industry was one of the sectors that stood out most in the generation of job vacancies amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, according to a recent survey carried out by the National Confederation of Commerce of Goods, Services, and Tourism (CNC, in Portuguese), confirming the signs of a new resumption of Brazilian commercial aviation. Based on the analysis of the General Register of Employed and Unemployed Persons (CAGED, also in Portuguese), in the 12-month period ended in May 2021, CNC reveals that aviation-related occupations figure in the ranking of the most advanced professions, such as aeronautical engineers (increase of 20 .8% compared to the stock of jobs in May 2020), flight attendants (+ 13.5%), air assistance operator (+ 11.7%), and travel agent (+ 10.3%). The CNC survey evaluated the recent performance of the balance of registered employee vacancies, considering more than 2,500 professions. – https://www.aeroin.net/setor-aereo-foi-um-dos-que-mais-gerou-vagas-de-emprego-nos-ultimos-12-meses/
