Aerolineas Argentinas will have flights from Buenos Aires to Brasilia, Curitiba, and Porto Alegre

Aerolineas Argentinas announced flights between Buenos Aires and Brasilia, Porto Alegre, and Curitiba. Operations to the country’s capital had been suspended since 2016, while flights to the two cities in southern Brazil had been suspended since the beginning of the pandemic. The President of Aerolineas Argentinas, Pablo Ceriani, received the Argentine Ambassador to Brazil, Daniel Scioli, the Minister of Transport, Alexis Guerrera, and the Minister of Tourism and Sports, Matias Lammens, informing that, as of April, he adds Brasilia, Curitiba, and Porto Alegre to the company’s route portfolio. “I celebrate this decision by Aerolineas to reconnect the capitals of the two countries because this will have a very positive impact on the commercial, institutional, and tourist agenda of both nations”, said Scioli. Ceriani said: “These are destinations that have a high business profile throughout the year, and that are a good opportunity to continue promoting the arrival of tourists to the country, especially in view of the winter season. For them, it is very important to count on the support of the Argentine embassy in Brazil to promote corporate agreements, expansion works, and valorization of airports, working with travel agencies and promoting the brand in the country”. “Especially, Brasilia is very important because it is a point that connects with 30 major cities in the country, and that way it will no longer be necessary to have to make a connection with a domestic flight in between”, commented Guerrera. – https://passageirodeprimeira.com/aerolineas-argentinas-tera-voos-de-buenos-aires-para-brasilia-curitiba-e-porto-alegre/
