Embraer announces partnership with German initiative to leverage innovation in sustainable aviation

Embraer reported that its incubator and market accelerator, Embraer-X, has signed a partnership with the Sustainable Aero Lab, based in Hamburg, Germany, in a joint initiative to leverage open innovation in connection with global researchers, experienced entrepreneurs, founders, aeronautical industry professionals, and investors. The agreement highlights Embraer’s commitment to collaborating with the sustainable aviation of the future through the exchange of experiences and investment in startup projects focused on energy transition in air transport. “The Sustainable Aero Lab has played a fundamental role in the global open innovation ecosystem, mentoring important leaders. We want to combine synergies to inspire and accelerate new business opportunities, projects, and technologies that are creating the sustainable future that moves each of us”, said Daniel Moczydlower, CEO of Embraer-X. “With the support of Embraer-X, we will take our mentoring program for aviation startups to new heights. We are excited to work together on building a sustainable future for aviation, coordinating our support initiatives and simplifying access to both parties’ resources for startups, infrastructure, and expertise,” said Stephan Uhrenbacher, Founder and CEO of Sustainable Aero Lab. The Sustainable Aero Lab shares the same vision as Embraer-X of making carbon-neutral aviation a reality. – https://aeroin.net/embraer-anuncia-parceria-com-iniciativa-alema-para-alavancar-a-inovacao-em-aviacao-sustentavel/?amp
