Azul announces two new Loyalty Program Tiers
Azul announced two major new features for its most frequent Azul Fidelidade (loyalty) customers: the new Diamond Unique status and the exclusive Azul One group. These initiatives come as the program celebrates its 16th anniversary and approaches the 20 million registered customer mark. The Diamond Unique status will come into effect on January 13, 2026, and will be awarded to passengers who complete 26 flight segments and accumulate 26,000 qualifying points, or who spend at least BRL 50,000 on Azul flights in a single year. Benefits include: four complimentary flights for companions, free same-day flight advances, a 40% discount on cabin upgrades with points, 15 vouchers worth 50,000 points for special redemption, the ability to register up to 15 beneficiaries, the accumulation of 5 points per real spent, and points validity extended to 10 years. Azul One will be an exclusive access group, available only by annual invitation, with selection based on travel history, preference for premium products, and relationship with the airline. Participants will enjoy differentiated benefits, exclusive experiences, and personalized service. According to Cristina Yoshida, director of Azul Fidelidade, these new features reinforce the airline’s commitment to offering increasingly personalized experiences to its most loyal customers. “It is a recognition of all those who choose us frequently. We strive to understand the needs and preferences of our frequent customers and are investing in benefits to further strengthen our relationship with them,” she stated. Currently, Azul Fidelidade has four categories: Topaz, Sapphire, Diamond, and the basic level. – https://aeroin.net/azul-anuncia-dois-novos-niveis-do-programa-de-fidelidade/
