American Airlines and AAdvantage members donated more than USD 1.2 M to victims of Hurricane Melissa

American Airlines and AAdvantage program members have raised more than USD 1.2 M for the American Red Cross in support of relief efforts for communities affected by Hurricane Melissa, the airline reports. Resources will be used where they are most needed, in coordination with Red Cross global partners. American emphasizes that this incredible response reflects the generosity of American’s AAdvantage members and the strength of the long-standing partnership with the Red Cross. “We are proud to join forces with the Red Cross and Airlink to deliver essential aid to those affected by Hurricane Melissa,” said Caroline Clayton, American’s Chief Marketing Officer. “Caring for customers also encompasses supporting the communities we serve in their most difficult and critical times. We are especially grateful to our AAdvantage members, whose generosity made this possible.” – https://aeroin.net/american-airlines-e-os-membros-do-aadvantage-doaram-mais-de-us-12-milhao-as-vitimas-do-furacao-melissa/
