Gol has been working to resume all of its operations as soon as possible. On 08/03, during the presentation of its balance sheet to investors, the airline’s management said that the resumption will be gradual month by month. Gol’s forecast is to be back in all its markets and with all its frequencies from before the pandemic until December this year. For August, for example, the company highlighted the return to all its main markets and the choice of Salvador as the company’s hub in the Northeast. In September, after the end of the work on the main runway at Congonhas airport, the airline forecasts an increase in frequencies at that terminal and more connections between the Midwest, and from there to other regions of the country. With the end of the year approaching and the arrival of the peak season in the months of October and November, Gol projects a return to all markets, including secondary regions, and a focus on the leisure market.
