Infraero certifies airports in its network and expands security

Infraero obtained, in the last three years, the operational certificate for twelve airports in its network. The Operational Certification attests that the aerodrome operator complies with the technical regulations of Brazil’s Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC, in Portuguese) regarding operational safety and airport emergency response. The certificate generates direct and indirect benefits, as it makes it possible to increase the offer of flights and more connectivity options for airlines, promoting tourism, collaborating with the development of the economy of the region and the country, and also defines the types of operations that the airport is authorized to receive. In the last three years, Infraero’s Operations Department has emphasized actions aimed at Operational Certification through a robust dynamic of monitoring the necessary measures. At the same time, it worked with emphasis on the Corrective Action Plans for airports that had already been certified in previous years, honoring the various commitments within the established deadlines. – https://www.aeroflap.com.br/entrevista-infraero-certifica-aeroportos-de-sua-rede-e-amplia-seguranca/
