Administrative Council for Economic Defense approves American Airlines investment in Gol

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) published the approval, without restrictions, of American Airlines’ equity investment in Gol Linhas Aereas. “The operation aims to expand the offer of flights in the Brazil – United States corridor”, points out a statement from CADE. American and Gol have signed a definitive agreement.
