For the 2nd year in a row, Qatar Airways takes the award for the best airline in the world

After hosting and surprising at the world aviation meeting, the IATA (International Air Transport Association) Annual General Assembly (AGM), Qatar Airways returns to the top on 07/14, winning for the 2nd year in a row the award for ‘Airline of the Year’ by the AirlineRatings Awards. In addition to the main award, the company was awarded as ‘Best Airline in the Middle East’ and also for offering the ‘Best Business Class’ on its flights, the latter being the 4th time in a row. The AirlineRatings ‘Airline of the Year’ award recognizes the best that aviation has to offer, with a focus on product innovation, a strong route network, and overall safety. All awards are given based on evaluation criteria developed by industry professionals with knowledge and experience.
