ANAC opens public call for submission of articles on the Cape Town Convention

Brazil’s Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC, in Portuguese) opened a public call to receive scientific articles on the Cape Town Convention, in commemoration of ten years of internalization of the protocol. The initiative aims to stimulate the production of scientific material on the Convention, an international treaty that establishes norms that give greater security to creditors in international operations for the financing of aeronautical, space, or rail mobile equipment. The Convention entered into force in March 2006. Brazil approved its participation in the treaty in 2011. The articles submitted will be sent for publication in a work on the ten years of the Cape Town Convention, which will bring together legal articles dealing with the protocol, the ten years of its approval in Brazil, and its impact on the national aviation scenario, among others. – https://www.gov.br/anac/pt-br/noticias/2022/anac-abre-chamada-publica-para-submissao-de-artigos-sobre-a-convencao-de-cidade-do-cabo
