Airbus will expand research into the use of hydrogen in aviation

Airbus has announced a strategic partnership with London Gatwick Airport, easyJet, and industrial gases company Air Products to expand hydrogen infrastructure in the UK. The union aims to develop hydrogen fueling, storage, and handling capabilities at the airport (LGW), which is a hub for short and medium-haul routes in the British region. The partnership is part of Airbus’ ZEROe project, which focuses on finding better ways to fly, exploring the versatility of hydrogen as a fuel source. The manufacturer argued that a new type of fuel has the potential to help decarbonize airport operations. – https://aeromagazine.uol.com.br/artigo/airbus-ira-expandir-pesquisas-para-uso-de-hidrogenio-na-aviacao.html
