American Airlines to expand flights from Sao Paulo to Texas this summer

American Airlines announced that it will expand its service between Sao Paulo and Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas, starting December 3, in response to high demand during the summer season. With the new network, the airline will operate up to 10 weekly flights on the route between Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) and its main hub in the United States. The daily frequency will be maintained with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, with capacity for 285 passengers. In addition, three weekly flights will be added on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays with the 787-8 Dreamliner, which seats up to 234 passengers. “We are very pleased to further strengthen our presence in Sao Paulo, with the operation of 10 weekly flights to our hub in Dallas-Fort Worth during the peak summer season,” said Alexandre Cavalcanti, Sales Director for South America at American Airlines. “This increase in service provides travelers from Sao Paulo with even more convenient options for connecting through our largest hub, DFW, and beyond.” With this addition, American will now operate up to six daily flights between Sao Paulo and the United States during peak season. In addition to flights to Dallas, the company will operate up to three daily flights to Miami and one to New York (JFK), solidifying its position as one of the leading U.S. carriers in Brazil. – https://aeroin.net/american-airlines-tera-mais-voos-no-verao-de-sao-paulo-para-o-texas/
