Qatar Airways expands flights to Sao Paulo

Qatar Airways reinforces the Doha-Sao Paulo route with 18 weekly flights and from October onwards will also fly with the A350-1000. The gradual changes to its air network will run from October 26th of this year to March 28th, 2026. The changes include aircraft replacements and frequency adjustments on several routes. Among the impacted flights is the route between Doha and Sao Paulo (GRU). From October 26th, flight QR779/780 will be operated with the Airbus A350-1000. Flight QR785/786 will be operated with the Boeing 777-300ER on four weekly frequencies. With the update, the connection between Doha and Sao Paulo will now have fourteen weekly flights using the A350-1000 and another four weekly flights using the 777-300ER, totaling eighteen weekly flights between the two cities. Additional frequency for Sao Paulo is already in effect. On July 14, Qatar Airways made a new adjustment to expand its flight offering between Doha and São Paulo.
