Air Europa recovers pre-pandemic capacity levels on its route to Sao Paulo

This month, Air Europa recovers the levels of capacity it had before the pandemic on its route to Sao Paulo by resuming its operations, from the 28th, with a daily flight. The good performance of the route, which has an average occupancy rate of over 85%, led the airline to increase its offer and move from the current five weekly frequencies to a daily flight, operated with a Boeing 787 for 339 passengers. Air Europa’s new schedule to and from Sao Paulo International Airport (Guarulhos) is in line with the company’s objective of recovering routes and frequencies, based on the criterion of capacity discipline, which means adapting supply to real demand from the market. “Brazil is a key market for Air Europa. It is gratifying to see the market recover and to be able to offer daily flights again, and to do it with maximum safety and efficiency, with our best aircraft, our best service, and onboard service. We continue to work to increase our operations even more”, says Diego Garcia, commercial director of Air Europa in America. The airline hopes, if the recovery of the sector and the market continues strong, it will be able to resume its flights to Salvador, BA, and Fortaleza throughout this year, and thus gradually return to all its destinations in its transoceanic network. – https://aeroin.net/air-europa-recupera-niveis-de-capacidade-pre-pandemia-em-sua-rota-para-sao-paulo/
