ABESATA creates an exclusive program to train certified companies in partnership with Anhembi Morumbi University

With the aim of improving the quality of services provided by ground service companies, ABESATA (Brazilian Association of Air Transport Auxiliary Services Companies) created, in partnership with Anhembi Morumbi University, a course whose curriculum comprises 40 hours/ class exclusively for Ground Service Providers. As of July 1, 2023, all companies certified with the CRES (Certification of Regularity of Companies on Ground) will be obliged to have facilitators trained in CRM – Ground Operations in their staff. There are currently 9 companies that have CRES across the country and 65 airports with certified companies available for hiring. The objective is to make students aware of the effective use of resources, both human and equipment, and also to give participants notions of CRM for everyday tasks. Today, specialized ground service companies in Brazil are responsible for 95% of operations, from cleaning aircraft, focusing on disinfection, transport and service to passengers and crew, check-in, cargo and baggage handling, inspection channel – security – for boarding passengers, among other modalities. – https://www.aeroflap.com.br/abesata-cria-programa-exclusivo-para-capacitar-empresas-certificadas-em-parceria-com-universidade-anhembi-morumbi/
