ANAC signs airworthiness agreement with Canadian Civil Aviation Authority
On June 12th, ANAC and the Transport Canada Civil Aviation Authority (TCCA) signed the first version of the Implementation Procedures on Airworthiness (IPA). The document enters into force 90 days after the signature, that is, in September of this year. The instrument formalizes the validation and acceptance measures for aeronautical product projects between Brazil and Canada, consolidating the history of cooperation in the area of certification between the two institutions. With the IPA, ANAC and TCCA define the steps to be followed for the recognition of aeronautical articles originally certified in one of the States for operation in the other State. – https://aeroin.net/anac-firma-acordo-de-aeronavegabilidade-com-a-autoridade-de-aviacao-civil-do-canada/
