ANAC receives recognition for good regulatory practices by the Ministry of Development
Brazil’s Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) received the Gold Seal of Good Regulatory Practices from the Ministry of Development, Industry, and Commerce (MDIC), in a ceremony held on November 22, at the National School of Public Administration (Enap), in Brasilia. ANAC director Ricardo Catanant participated in the ceremony, receiving the award from the Minister of Development, Geraldo Alckmin. The award, established in April this year, is a recognition from the State for the development of infra-legal regulations in accordance with the best national and international practices. –
