Brazilian aviation’s 2023 and 2024 Annual Operational Safety Reports released

Brazil’s Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) informs that it has made available the Annual Operational Safety Reports (RASO) for the years 2023 and 2024. The documents present a comprehensive overview of aeronautical incidents recorded in the country, with comparative analyses with previous years, and aim to promote the continuous improvement of the performance of Brazilian civil aviation in its different operating segments. In addition to the descriptive content, the data can be explored interactively through the RASO Dashboard, a tool that allows for the dynamic analysis of information and facilitates the identification of priority areas for action by the Agency and other actors in the sector. The RASO also presents the objectives, goals, and indicators of the Operational Safety Oversight Plan (PSSO) 2023–2025, in addition to the evolution of civil aviation’s performance in relation to these parameters. Within the scope of the Brazilian State and the institutional performance of ANAC, the report highlights the activities conducted in the context of the USOAP-CMA Readiness Program (Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme – Continuous Monitoring Approach), of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and ANAC’s actions related to the Management of Operational Safety Recommendations issued by the Aeronautical Accident Investigation and Prevention Center (CENIPA). – https://aeroin.net/liberados-os-relatorios-anuais-de-seguranca-operacional-de-2023-e-2024-da-aviacao-brasileira/
